1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the xxx6666 platform at xxx6666.net, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the xxx6666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Age Verification Process

Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of the xxx6666 compliance team will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the matter is resolved. If an account is found to belong to a player under 18 years of age at any point, the account will be permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each Pakistan player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) xxx6666 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all account balances and bonus funds without right of appeal.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistan mobile number;
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xxx6666 login credentials. xxx6666 will never ask for your password. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any person;

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your xxx6666 account to any other person under any circumstances.

Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Any withdrawal request will be matched against the name and payment details on the xxx6666 account — third-party withdrawals (i.e., withdrawals to accounts not held in the registered player's own name) are strictly prohibited. Requests that do not match account registration details will be declined and may trigger an account review.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

Accepted Deposit Methods

xxx6666 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Visa/Mastercard where supported. Deposits are generally credited to your PKR wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification (CNIC submission) before funds can be released;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered xxx6666 account;
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, Meezan Bank, and other Pakistan banks typically process within one to four hours;
• xxx6666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full details.

Minimum Withdrawal

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on xxx6666 — including live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting markets (including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket), cockfighting, crash games, and all other titles — are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The general gaming terms below apply across all xxx6666 game categories:

• All bets placed on xxx6666 are final once confirmed by the system. xxx6666 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of manifest system error;
• In the event of a game or technical malfunction during a live session, xxx6666 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds. All bets placed during a verified technical malfunction are subject to refund to the player's PKR wallet;
• xxx6666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error in the odds or game parameters. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where a void is applied;
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on xxx6666 is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds;
• Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket markets on xxx6666, are subject to the rules of the relevant sport's governing body. Decisions by the relevant authority (e.g., PCB, ICC) on match results, abandonments, and related outcomes are final and binding for the purposes of xxx6666 bet settlement.

7 Responsible Gaming

xxx6666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Pakistan account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable by the player. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders and automatic logout triggers after a specified period of continuous gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary restriction on account access ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. The account may not be reactivated during this period regardless of the player's request;
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term restriction of a minimum of six (6) months or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications from xxx6666 are suspended. Self-exclusion extensions are always honoured; early reactivation requests are not processed until the original exclusion period has expired and a cooling-off assessment has been completed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxx6666 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time;
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your xxx6666 account;
• Using the xxx6666 platform if you are under 18 years of age;

9 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and game assets on the xxx6666 platform are the exclusive property of xxx6666 or its licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other recognised game studios whose titles appear in the xxx6666 lobby.

Pakistan players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xxx6666 platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any xxx6666 content;
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any xxx6666 software or game mechanics;

10 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, Pakistan network conditions, or circumstances outside xxx6666's reasonable control;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the xxx6666 platform;
• Technical issues arising from the player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms limits xxx6666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Pakistan players retain all statutory rights that cannot be contractually waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11 Privacy & Data

xxx6666 collects and processes personal data from Pakistan players for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and where consent is provided, marketing communications. All data processing by xxx6666 is conducted in accordance with the xxx6666 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering on xxx6666, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the xxx6666 Privacy Policy. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings. Withdrawal of consent for essential data processing (KYC, fraud prevention) will result in the suspension of your xxx6666 account as these processes are legally required for the operation of the platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xxx6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, xxx6666 will notify registered Pakistan players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or amendments required by regulatory guidance), xxx6666 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the xxx6666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the xxx6666 platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining PKR balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or paraphrased summary, the English text of these Terms prevails.
